Welcome. We have now changed our mandate. Initially we aimed to provide a historical archive and analysis of Loyalist music, warts and all. As of late the continuing bigotry and hatred shown by so called loyalists has scunnered me so much that I have decided to change this site from a warts and all archive to one that no longer tolerates any kind of sectarianism, bigotry, racism or hatred. The only songs you will find covered in this site are Ulster-Scots and Loyalist patriotic and cultural songs, particularly World War 1 songs. If you are a bigot, get lost. If you are still here, Loyalist, Nationalist or observer - I bid you welcome. Hopefully our much maligned and misrepresented culture, history and heritage can move forward in the new peaceful Ulster. Either we leave the bigotry behind or we have no culture worth speaking about. We have a rich and wonderful heritage. It is such a shame some choose to base it on hatred of others rather than celebrating our own identity as well as cultural diversity. You can buy a lot of loyalist, folk and orange music from the Union Jack Shop in Belfast , Ulster Historical Publications, Ulster Souvenirs and the Scottish Protestant Union - help support your loyal brethren.
